Each order undergoes quality inspection and video verification before shipment.
Processing time is typically 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or high-demand models may take longer.
Customers will receive a personalized video of their exact watch with their name/tag as final proof before shipping begins.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS.
Standard international delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
In some regions, delays may occur due to local courier handling or customs procedures.

3. Tracking & Updates

A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress and contacting the courier if delays occur.
Cleansuperclones cannot guarantee courier delivery times once the package is in transit.

4. Customs & Import Duties
